The long tail and smooth stealthy glide of the sting ray paper airplane makes this plane a blast to fly.

This is a difficult paper airplane here are a few helpful pointers.
- This is a difficult paper plane to fold.
- Most of the viewing of the folding will be looking at the white side of the paper
- Steps 1, 14 and 15 involve cuts
- a bunch of the folds are creases
- on the first number fold then unfold
- on the second number leave the fold
- fold 4 and 9 require multiple folds to happen at simultaneously
- the tail is optional and tapes into the body, the paper plane flies well without the tail but it adds a cool feature
Pictures of the folding to help you get it folded, especially the tricky folds,
cut along #1 
crease along lines 2-4 
folding 2-4 should look like this 
creases 2-4 should like an X 
crease 3-4 in both direction 
pinch the edges of 3-4 together to make fold 4 all #4s need to fold at the same time 
after fold 4 it should look like this 
crease 6, 7 and fold 9 can be seen under the flaps formed by fold 5 
fold and unfold both sides for fold 6 and 
folds 6 & 7 
crease 8 is on this side 
crease 8 should line up with the corners formed by fold 5 
fold crease 8 in both direction, this way and opposite 
back to the other side for fold 9 
fold 9 is something of a pinch you will have to carefully work 6 & 7 to get 9 in place 
after fold 9 
now go back and make fold 10 
after fold 10fol 
fold 11, fold the plane in half 
fold 12 forms the wing try to be parallel with 11, try to fold just a bit of the nose and try to keep both wings symmetric 
make the wings flatcu 
make cuts for the flaps 
fold the flaps up to help hold the nose up in flight 
15 make all of the cuts for the tail, 5 total 
fold the tail in half 
fold 17 then 18 over 17 (yeah I messed up the numbers) 
fold 19 
try to roll the tail into a circle to give it some rigidity 
place the right up to fold of plane, add a piece of tape to hold it in but leave the nose to push the body of the plane open. DO NOT TAPE THE NOSE 
try to make the tail level and straight
