The first HobbyCaptain paper plane pattern to actually look like a bird.
This paper airplane took a lot of effort, there were numerous failed attempts before it looked and flew good enough to share with you. All I ask in return is a like and a comment on the YouTube video.

Folding Instructions:
- Print the pdf at “full scale” on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper
- Carefully cut out each of the three sections of the bird plane
- Fold along line 4 -12 then unfold: line is on the outside of the fold
- Fold along lines 5 & 6: line is on the outside of the fold
- Fold along lines 7, 8, 9, 10, 11: line is on the outside of the fold
- Fold along line 4 – 12 to finish the fold
- Fold along line 13 to form the wings and body: line is on the inside of the fold
- Unfold 13, 4 – 12, & 11
- Tape the head section on the leading edge of the wing exposed by unfolding 11, make sure that the head is straight and lined up with wing section
- Tape the tail section on the trailing edge of the wing, make sure that the tail is straight and lined up with the wing section
- Fold along 11, then fold the head section over the leading edge
- Fold along 4 – 12, and begin folding along 13, a “pocket ” will begin to form on the head, make a small cut at the pocket on the head so that the head can fold separately from the wing
- Finish folds 4 – 12 and 13, continue the fold down the entire length of the tail
